Who provides the service?
The selected professional provides the local service. The platform coordinates the marketplace journey under the terms configured for this implementation.
When are my details shared?
The interface reveals only the data authorized for the current booking stage. General email and phone details are not published as marketplace contact fields.
How is a proposal selected?
You compare active proposals for your request and accept one. The backend enforces that only one proposal can be accepted.
Does a browser success page confirm payment?
No. Payment-dependent access and state changes wait for a verified provider event processed by the backend.
Can professionals browse every request?
No. Professionals can view only requests already distributed to them. Filters refine that eligible set.
When can I leave a review?
A client can submit one review for the selected professional after the booking reaches completed status.
